Are you not at home during the day or would you prefer to pick up your order yourself?
This is possible with the PakjeGemak delivery service from PostNL. With over 2000 collection points throughout the Netherlands, there is always a collection point near you, such as Albert Heijn, Primera, Bruna, Postkantoor or one of the many other affiliated stores. This option is only available for free for parcels, not for letter mail.

– You do not have to stay at home to receive your order.

How to use our PakjeGemak service
– Place the items in your shopping cart and click on 'Checkout'.
– Choose the shipping option PostNL Pakjegemak and enter your address.
– The options appear below the address section.
– Do not fill in the delivery address and the pick-up location in the package yourself, otherwise it will not be marked as Parcel Convenience!
– Complete your order.
– Follow your package with the tracking to see when it is available at the location. As a rule, this is the next working day from 16.00:1. You can pick up the package up to XNUMX week after delivery.
