Description
BBC micro:bit V2 is a 40x50mm mini computer designed by the BBC, intended for programming and executing all your digital ideas. The micro:bit is a collaboration between 31 partners, with the ambition to inspire digital creation. Now the renewed version is the same size, the same shape and works in the same way as the first version.
The BBC micro:bit V2 is fully programmable and has on the board a LED matrix, buttons, motion sensor, compass sensor, bluetooth connectivity and usb port for programming. Powered by a: 32-bit ARM® Cortex™ M0 CPU Microprocessor. Info and many examples can be found at: microbit.org. Devised by the BBC to encourage children to become actively involved in writing software and building new things that are controlled by it.
