Description
Crowtail RTC real time clock module. A RTC module is needed to provide the correct time for example for logging data with a time. With a very low energy consumption. This small RTC module is based on the DS1307 chip that communicates with microcontrollers with I2C protocol.
The clock/calendar provides seconds, minutes, hours, day, date, month and year information. The end of the day month is automatically adjusted for months with less than 31 days, including corrections for leap years. With CR1220 battery backup for when it is without power.
The Crowtail RTC comes with a Crowtail 4 pin cable.
