Description
PDM MEMS Microphone Breakout. PDM is the 'third' kind of microphone you can integrate with electronics, other than analog or I2c. These microphones are widely used in products, but rarely seen in maker projects. This sensor does not have an 'analog' output like many of our electret microphone assemblies, for chips that do not have analog inputs. So check to see if the microcontroller you are going to use has a PDM interface.
PDM MEMS Microphone Breakout Specifications:
– Voltage range: 1.8-3.3V
– Clock speed: 1 – 3,25 MHz
– Current consumption: 0.6mA
– SNR: 61 dB
– Sensitivity: ~ -26 dBFS
