Description
WS2812 5050 RGB LED Ring 7. Led ring with 7 RGB LEDs. The rings are linkable. Connect the output pin of one to the input pin of another. Each LED can be controlled separately using the driver chip per LED. Controllable with 1 pin.
Has a very timing specific protocol. Since the protocol is very sensitive to timing, it requires a real-time microcontroller such as an AVR, Arduino, PIC, mbed, etc. to control it. It cannot be used with a Linux-based microcomputer or interpreted microcontroller such as the netduino or Basic Stamp. An 8MHz or faster processor is required.
Works with the Neopixel library.
